Rich and good is our breakfast, tempting with Schwärzler champagne, juice bar with orange squeezer, bio-corner with fresh mueslis, yoghurt and milk from the farmers in Brand. Healthy the freshly cut fruit. Rich the choice of Vorarlberg cheeses, ham and sausages. More than sufficient rolls and bread, and then the warm, soft-boiled eggs. The omelette fresh out of the pan and with fried bacon. And over there: delicious jams and honeys. It couldn’t be better in paradise.
The evening brings first-class regional ingredients. The 5-course gourmet dinner with a buffet of fresh crispy salads represents delightful variations of Austrian, French and international cuisine.
